I can not receive the activation e-mail

The e-mail activation messages we send to addresses hosted or "protected" by Outlook and Microsoft solutions often go blackhole.

This is intermittent, happens out of blue and we can't get any assistance from Microsoft. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
